The team also supports quick‑turn prototypes, giving customers responsive and reliable electronics manufacturing solutions.Role Description The Bench PCB Debug Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Fremont, CA, responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues on printed circuit board assemblies. Day-to-day tasks include performing component-level troubleshooting, and using test equipment to verify proper operation and functionality. The technician will interpret schematics and test procedures, document findings, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve yield and reduce defects. The role also involves supporting calibration and basic maintenance of test equipment, following ESD and safety guidelines, and ensuring that quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met.QualificationsAbility to perform precise Soldering and rework on thru‑hole and surface mount components (including fine‑pitch and BGA when applicable).Strong Troubleshooting skills for component‑level diagnostics, fault isolation, and repair of complex PCB assemblies.Proficiency using Test Equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers, and in‑circuit or functional test systems.Experience with Calibration and basic maintenance of test and measurement equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.Effective Communication skills for documenting work, reporting issues, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams.Familiarity with reading schematics, assembly drawings, and test procedures in an electronics manufacturing environment.Knowledge of ESD handling practices, IPC workmanship standards, and basic safety protocols in electronics labs.Previous experience in PCB debug, electronics manufacturing, or related test/repair roles; relevant technical certification or associate degree in electronics or a similar field is beneficial.Salary Range: $20-$35/hour
