The ideal candidate will oversee internal and external benchmarking studies, KPI development, performance evaluations, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring benchmarking insights translate into measurable business improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement enterprise benchmarking strategies, performance measurement frameworks, and benchmarking methodologies aligned with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.Lead internal, external, functional, competitive, and industry benchmarking initiatives to evaluate organizational performance and identify best practices.Collaborate with Strategy, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Excellence, Risk Management, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership to support performance improvement initiatives.Design and maintain benchmarking frameworks, KPI libraries, scorecards, maturity models, performance standards, and reporting methodologies.Conduct comparative performance analyses using operational, financial, customer, workforce, sustainability, and quality metrics.Research industry trends, emerging best practices, market performance indicators, and competitor performance to identify improvement opportunities.Coordinate data collection, validation, normalization, statistical analysis, and benchmarking reporting across business units and external partners.Facilitate benchmarking workshops, performance reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.Develop recommendations, action plans, and performance improvement roadmaps based on benchmarking findings and organizational priorities.Partner with business leaders to monitor implementation of improvement initiatives and measure realized business outcomes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including operational efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction, financial performance, quality performance, process maturity, benchmarking participation, implementation success, and continuous improvement outcomes.Conduct performance audits, maturity assessments, gap analyses, root cause investigations, process evaluations, and continuous improvement reviews.Ensure compliance with organizational governance frameworks, ISO standards, business excellence models, data privacy requirements, and reporting policies.Manage benchmarking budgets, analytics platforms, consulting engagements, benchmarking memberships, external research providers, and strategic performance initiatives.Drive digital transformation through artificial intelligence (AI)-powered benchmarking analytics, predictive performance modeling, automated KPI monitoring, intelligent reporting, workflow automation, and business intelligence solutions.Utilize Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, SQL, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Jira, ERP platforms, business performance management systems, benchmarking databases, and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.Prepare executive dashboards, benchmarking reports, performance scorecards, competitive analyses, maturity assessments, strategic recommendations, and board-level presentations.Lead, mentor, and develop benchmarking analysts, business excellence specialists, performance analysts, and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Management, or a related field.Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business Analytics, Strategic Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Balanced Scorecard Professional, EFQM Assessor, or equivalent are preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in benchmarking, business excellence, performance management, strategy, operational excellence, business analytics, quality management, or related roles.At least 2 years of experience managing benchmarking programs, performance improvement initiatives, analytics teams, or enterprise strategy projects preferred.Strong understanding of benchmarking methodologies, KPI development, performance management, business process improvement, statistical analysis, quality management systems, organizational excellence frameworks, and strategic planning.Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Jira, ERP platforms, benchmarking databases, and business intelligence tools.Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, process mining, intelligent automation, digital dashboards, and advanced business intelligence platforms is highly advantageous.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, facilitation, project management, budgeting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple benchmarking initiatives while balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, regulatory requirements, budgets, timelines, and organizational objectives.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with distributed business units, executive leadership, external benchmarking partners, consultants, technology providers, and global stakeholders, with occasional travel for workshops, benchmarking visits, conferences, and strategic planning
