Job Description

1. Project Solution Design: Customize large-scale energy storage solutions for both the grid and power sources based on overseas client needs and project site conditions. This includes system architecture, PCS, EMS, and other key equipment selection to meet project requirements for power, charging/discharging, and reliability.2. Client Communication and Technical Support: Communicate with overseas clients, answer questions, and demonstrate the advantages of the solutions. Participate in business negotiations, provide technical support, and collect feedback to help optimize products.3. Feasibility Assessment: Comprehensively assess the feasibility of project solutions, ensuring they technically align with local grid standards and industry regulations. Participate in project contract negotiations and signing, and internal delivery management. Collaborate with the technical department to provide professional technical evaluations.4. Market and Technology Research: Track overseas energy storage market dynamics, focusing on large-scale grid-source energy storage, commercial and industrial energy storage, and residential energy storage. Research market demands and grid connection requirements in different countries to provide data support for company strategy and product planning. Actively participate in industry activities to enhance company visibility.

Job Requirements

1. Education Background: Full-time undergraduate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in the energy storage industry, including 2+ years of experience in large-scale energy storage projects on the grid side overseas. Familiar with the entire project process, and experience in successful project design, implementation, or management is preferred. Experience with overseas solutions and leading a team to complete complex projects is also a plus.3. Professional Skills: Proficient in energy storage system technology, familiar with battery characteristics and charge/discharge management, and understand the principles and applications of PCS, EMS, and BMS; familiar with overseas power grid characteristics and access standards, and understand electricity market mechanisms; familiar with international and local energy storage regulations and standards.4. Language and Communication Skills: Fluent in English, able to conduct business and technical communication without barriers; proficiency in other foreign languages is preferred. 5. **Work Enthusiasm:** Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently managing a team and coordinating resources from all parties.6. **Work Enthusiasm:** Proactive, with clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and a strong learning ability and teamwork spirit.7. **Personal Abilities:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong coordination and communication skills.8. **Business Travel or Long-Term Relocation:** Honest, energetic, and willing to travel or reside in Saudi Arabia/Dubai/Turkey/Uzbekistan/Egypt.
