Beverage and Operations Manager

ProHire Network – Recruitment & Training is exclusively supporting a luxury resort in the Maldives in the search for an experienced Beverage & Operations Manager.This is a unique role combining Sommelier expertise with F&B operations, with approximately 60% focus on beverage & wine operations and 40% on overall F&B operations.We are looking for a polished, guest-focused hospitality professional with a genuine passion for wines, beverages and luxury service.Key Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, resorts or high-end restaurants• Strong wine and beverage knowledge• WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred• Experience in wine-list development, inventory management and beverage costing• Strong knowledge of food & wine pairing, tastings and wine recommendations• Confident in guest engagement, wine recommendations and tastings• Experience in beverage training and developing F&B teams• Ability to support daily F&B operations, service standards, team supervision and guest recovery• Fluent English with a polished, hands-on personality• Comfortable working within a remote luxury island resort environment• Maldives experience would be a strong advantage• Candidates with European luxury-hospitality exposure and an internationally polished profile will be preferredBenefits:• Salary paid in USD• Monthly Service Charge• Free Accommodation• Free Meals• Visa & Work Permit provided• Medical Insurance• Joining & Annual Flight Tickets• Annual Leave• Other benefits as per company policyIf you are a strong beverage professional who can combine Sommelier expertise with hands-on F&B operational leadership, we would love to hear from you.
