We are looking for an experienced beverage professional who can manage beverage programs while supporting service excellence and commercial performance.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee beverage operations, product development, supplier relationships, inventory, service standards, team coordination, and commercial performance.The ideal candidate is commercially aware, customer-focused, organized, and knowledgeable about beverage products, hospitality operations, cost control, and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day beverage operations across assigned hospitality outlets and service areas.Develop and maintain beverage menus aligned with brand positioning, customer preferences, and commercial objectives.Oversee beverage selection, product quality, presentation, pricing, and availability.Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, purchasing teams, and approved vendors.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, product availability, and supplier arrangements within approved authority.Monitor beverage inventory, stock levels, storage conditions, wastage, and replenishment requirements.Implement effective inventory-control procedures and minimize stock losses and unnecessary waste.Monitor beverage costs, gross margins, sales performance, purchasing costs, and profitability.Prepare beverage budgets, forecasts, sales reports, cost analyses, and management updates.Review sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products, promotions, and menu improvements.Establish and maintain beverage-service standards and operating procedures.Train and coach beverage-service teams on product knowledge, preparation, presentation, service standards, and customer engagement.Conduct regular product tastings and training sessions for relevant employees.Ensure beverage preparation, storage, handling, and service follow appropriate quality and safety procedures.Coordinate beverage requirements for events, private functions, conferences, banquets, and special occasions.Work closely with culinary, restaurant, hotel, events, marketing, finance, procurement, and operations teams.Support promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, product launches, and special beverage initiatives.Monitor customer satisfaction and respond professionally to beverage-related complaints or service concerns.Maintain accurate product specifications, supplier information, pricing records, recipes, and beverage documentation.Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies, wastage, or unusual inventory movements.Review outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, revenue, and profitability.Ensure employees follow company policies, food and beverage standards, workplace procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.Promote responsible beverage-service practices and appropriate customer-safety procedures.Maintain confidentiality of supplier agreements, pricing, financial information, business plans, and commercial strategies.Support management with beverage-related projects, outlet openings, menu development, and operational improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in beverage management, restaurant operations, hotel F&B, hospitality, or a related role is preferred.Strong knowledge of beverage products, menu development, service standards, purchasing, and inventory management.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Hindi, Mandarin, or Russian are advantageous.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of beverage costing, margins, pricing, and profitability.Strong organizational and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.Experience managing suppliers, purchasing, stock control, and beverage-related budgets.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, POS systems, inventory platforms, and hospitality-management software.Knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, specialty coffee, tea, soft beverages, and premium beverage products is advantageous.UAE or GCC hospitality experience is advantageous.Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, cafés, lounges, catering, events, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.Food-safety, hospitality, beverage, sommelier, bar-management, or other relevant certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time working opportunities
