The role builds dashboards that support new business projects and supervises the reporting apprentice.Your main responsibility will focus on the following missions:Dashboards & recurring reportingBuild and maintain dashboards in Power BI and MG CockpitProduce daily, monthly and quarterly reports for management reviews and internal meetingsPrepare monthly performance reports for the sales team and the dealer networkDeliver KPI reporting for incentive programs and budget follow-upReporting for new projectsDesign the reporting that comes with each CRM evolution, with the Salesforce Project ManagerBuild new dashboards as business needs evolveData qualityEnsure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and reporting systemsDefine KPIs and calculation rules, and document themAutomation & analysisEliminate manual Excel processes by automating recurring reportsConduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisionsUser supportWrite tutorials and user guides for BI toolsProvide support to internal users on reporting toolsSupervise the future BI apprentice/internEXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERTISEMaster's degree in business, data analytics or engineering2 to 3 years of experience in BI or reporting, ideally in sales performance or the automotive industryAnalytical mindset, proactive, autonomous, rigor and attention to detailAbility to present data clearly to non-specialists and to coach a junior profileExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various parties, team spiritPerfect command of French and English, both spoken and writtenTechnical skillsBI tools: advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)Data: strong KPI and data analysis skills; SQL is a plusExcel: advanced level, including process automationCRM: working knowledge of Salesforce data and reportsBe part of our SAIC Motor France team and apply now ！Send your English and French CV to career@mgmotor.frAll personal data collected will be used for recruitment and employment related purposes only.
