BI Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making.Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.Track business KPIs and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Validate data accuracy and resolve data or reporting issues.Work with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.Automate and improve recurring reports and data-analysis processes.Present key findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and simple manner.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting are welcome to apply.Basic to strong knowledge of SQL.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.Basic understanding of data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and formulas, is preferred.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
