BI Analyst, International (English required)

Four Hands, a leader in lifestyle home furnishings, is looking for a business-focused analyst to join our Product Data and Analytics team. This role supports International Operations through the design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes and reporting solutions, with a strong reliance on the Microsoft platform.You will work closely with key stakeholders and process owners to define requirements and build scalable data models and reports that support business decision-making. You will serve as the link between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are clearly defined and effectively implemented.In This Role:•       Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, critically review, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications•       Evaluate cross-departmental business needs and implications, incorporating them into structured and scalable solutions•       Build and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines and data flows to support data integration and reporting•       Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on defined specifications•       Perform predictive and prescriptive analysis and communicate findings in a clear and concise format for end users•       Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data and metrics•       Support continuous improvement of data models, reporting processes, and data flows•       Perform other tasks as defined by ManagementThe Ideal Candidate:•       4+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer and/or BI Analyst•       Strong proficiency in SQL•       Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Power BI•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail and overall business context•       Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English proficiency required)•       Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, considering both language and regional differences•       Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain flexible in a fast-paced, agile environment•       Domain knowledge is advantageous – Product Development, Supply Chain, QualityWhy You’ll Love Working at Four HandsProfessional, international working environment with long-term career development opportunities.Quarterly bonus based on international profit sharing.Private health insurance.Company-provided laptop.12 annual leave days plus additional paid leave according to company policy (e.g. Christmas, birthday).Flexible working hours.
