This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capability with a solid understanding of business needs, and who enjoys transforming data into clear, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that support decision-making across key business areas. The role will focus on the business intelligence and reporting layer, helping ensure that data is presented in a meaningful, consistent, and accessible way for end users.This position will also work in close collaboration with the wider technology and data teams to help translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, contribute to a strong self-service reporting environment, and support the ongoing evolution of the company’s analytics capabilities.The role is intended to build scalable reporting solutions and self-service analyticsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions for management, compliance, and operational teamsTranslate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly BI solutions using trusted and well-structured data sourcesCreate data visualisations across key business areas including client acquisition, retention, lifetime value, trading activity, and revenue performanceSupport the development of self-service reporting capabilities, enabling stakeholders to access reliable insights more efficientlyDefine, document, and maintain reporting logic, KPI definitions, and business rules to promote consistency across reporting outputsPrepare regular and ad hoc reports for management, compliance, regulatory submissions, and audits where requiredReview reporting outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usability, and help identify opportunities to improve data presentation and interpretationCollaborate closely with data and technology teams to communicate reporting requirements, highlight data gaps, and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics solutionsOptimise dashboard performance, usability, and overall user experienceSupport end users in understanding and adopting reporting tools and dashboards effectivelyRequired Skills And Experience2+ years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer, Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within financial services and ideally in a CFD/Forex brokerage environmentStrong understanding of CFD products, financial markets, and trading-related business metricsAdvanced SQL skills for querying data and validating reporting logicStrong experience with BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsExperience designing dashboards and reports for business users, with a focus on clarity, usability, and scalabilityGood understanding of data warehousing concepts, reporting layers, and how BI solutions interact with backend data structuresAbility to gather, refine, and interpret business requirements and convert them into practical reporting solutionsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a regulated financial services environmentFamiliarity with compliance, audit, or regulatory reporting requirementsExperience supporting self-service BI environments and report governanceEducational background in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or another relevant quantitative field
