BI Developer/ConsultantLocation: KSA (On-site)Experience: 4-6 yearsARABIC SPEAKING IS A MUST HAVE.MUST HAVE4–6+ years building BI solutions end-to-end (data modeling → visualization → deployment)Strong hands-on skills in a major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) — expert-level in at least oneStrong SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins)Data modeling experience (star schema, dimensional modeling)ETL/ELT experience — building and troubleshooting data pipelines feeding BI layersAbility to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate into dashboards/reports (this is the "consultant" half — not just a report-builder)DAX or equivalent calculation-language proficiency (if Power BI-centric)GOOD TO HAVEExperience with Microsoft Fabric or similar unified analytics platformsExposure to Python or R for advanced analytics feeding into BI layersExperience presenting to executive/C-level audiencesDomain experience in operations/logistics/parking/municipal dataArabic language skillsFamiliarity with data governance/row-level security implementationPrior consulting background (used to client-facing engagements, scoping, and stakeholder management)
