The team is committed to delivering a welcoming, service-focused experience for all members and guests.Role Description The Bi-Lingual Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at Venture X San Antonio Northwest in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting members and visitors in both English and Spanish, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Day-to-day tasks include managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls and emails, handling check-ins for guests and meeting room bookings, and supporting members with general inquiries. The receptionist will also coordinate mail and package handling, maintain a tidy and organized reception and common areas, and assist with setup for meetings and events. This role collaborates closely with the community management team to uphold high standards of hospitality and member service.Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish, with clear verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, professional environment.Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple tasks, schedules, and inquiries efficiently.Proficiency with office technologies and tools (phone systems, email, calendars, basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a diverse community of business professionals.Prior experience in reception, front desk, coworking, hospitality, or office administration is preferred.Reliability in maintaining on-site presence during assigned hours and collaborating effectively with team members.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, hospitality, or office administration is a plus.
