Role DescriptionA BI Manager is responsible for leading business intelligence strategy, data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. The role transforms business data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement BI strategies, standards, and reporting processes.Lead BI projects, analytics initiatives, and dashboard development.Manage BI analysts, developers, and data professionals.Oversee data collection, integration, transformation, and analysis.Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, and security.Translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.Analyze business performance, trends, and opportunities.Work with management and departments to identify data requirements.Manage BI platforms, databases, reporting tools, and data models.Monitor BI project timelines, resources, and deliverables.Present insights and recommendations to senior management.Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting improvements.Establish BI governance, documentation, and best practices.Stay updated on analytics, BI technologies, and data management trends.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.Extensive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.Experience managing BI teams and data-driven projects.Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.Advanced knowledge of SQL, databases, data modeling, and reporting.Experience with ETL, data integration, and data warehouse concepts.Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.Strong understanding of business processes and performance analysis.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of Python, R, cloud platforms, or advanced analytics is advantageous.Strong understanding of data governance and security.Professional, organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
