Role DescriptionA BI Manager is responsible for leading business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, and dashboard initiatives to provide accurate insights and support data-driven business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement BI strategies, standards, and reporting processes.Lead BI projects, analytics initiatives, dashboards, and reporting solutions.Manage and develop BI analysts, developers, and data professionals.Oversee data collection, integration, transformation, and analysis.Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, and security.Translate business requirements into effective BI and analytics solutions.Analyze business performance, trends, opportunities, and operational data.Coordinate with management and departments to understand reporting requirements.Manage BI platforms, databases, reporting tools, and data models.Monitor BI project timelines, resources, deliverables, and performance.Present data insights and recommendations to senior management.Improve reporting automation, data processes, and analytical efficiency.Maintain BI documentation, governance, and reporting best practices.Stay updated on BI, analytics, data technologies, and industry developments.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.Relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data management.Experience managing BI teams and data-related projects.Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, data modeling, and reporting.Experience with ETL, data integration, and data warehouse concepts.Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.Good understanding of business processes and performance analysis.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Knowledge of Python, R, cloud platforms, or advanced analytics is advantageous.Good understanding of data governance, security, and quality practices.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.Professional, organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
