Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Description:With a growing portfolio of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), concessions, and project-financed infrastructure developments, our client is seeking a Bid Manager – PPP & Infrastructure to lead the end-to-end bid process, transforming strategic opportunities into successful project wins.This position ensures the development and submission of competitive, compliant, and bankable proposals by coordinating technical, financial, legal, commercial, and operational stakeholders throughout the bid lifecycle.Responsibilities: Lead PPP and infrastructure bid activities from opportunity qualification through submission.Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams including engineering, finance, legal, commercial, and operations functions.Develop bid execution strategies, commercial approaches, and risk allocation frameworks.Support consortium formation and coordinate interfaces with partners, subcontractors, and advisors.Ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely submission of bid deliverables.Monitor project risks, assumptions, key interfaces, and mitigation strategies throughout the bid process.Support preparation of internal approval documentation and management presentations.Participate in client meetings, clarification processes, negotiations, and stakeholder workshops.Contribute to the preparation and review of concession, EPC, O&M, and other project agreements.Facilitate alignment between technical solutions, contractual obligations, and financial assumptions.Support opportunity screening and provide input on project feasibility and execution risks.Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the bid management function.Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional certification in Project Management, PPP, Project Finance, or Bid Management is an advantage. Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of PPP frameworks and concession models.Good knowledge of project finance, commercial structuring, and risk allocation principles.Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and strict bid deadlines.Strong communication and presentation skills.Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
