Bid ManagerYou will be part of our client regional hub sales support team for Compression, preparing customer quotes for spare parts opportunities, repair opportunities as well as full outage projects incl. field service. This position will advise and support Client Managers to determine customer needs and to identify service opportunities. You will coordinate between the Product Competence Centers (PCCs) and various stakeholders (i.e., supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, service project management, client managers).Salary: 17,000 SAR all inclusive Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia This role will report to the Head of Sales Support - Bid Management Middle East for CompressionHow You’ll Make an ImpactPreparation of Technical and Commercial service proposals.Provide administrative, technical and commercial support to Sales team.Work to create and develop scope of proposals together with other departments and entities.Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support proposals.Engagement and collaboration with other departments and entities to handle orders.Participate in process improvement activities.What You Bring Master’s in business administration, Engineering or related.Knowledge of Rotating Equipment and sales cycles and processes and CRM Tool Salesforce.com (or other similar system), MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access) is essentialPrevious Experience with complex tender compilation/preparation and methodical with a high level of attention to detailStrong Business Acumen and Commercial sense and effective communication skillsStrong work ethic and commitment to succeed with good interpersonal skills and a strong team playerIt is preferred to have experience of working in a Sales team with experience in working with Sales calculationsNote: All candidate applying for this role must be willing to work 5 days in the office.
