🚀 We’re Hiring: Bid Manager📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-time🏢 Company: Ankabut Information TechnologyAnkabut is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process for complex ICT and digital transformation opportunities.This is a hands-on role for a technology-focused professional who can manage complex RFPs and tenders while leveraging AI-augmented tools to improve document analysis, proposal development, compliance tracking, and knowledge management — with full human ownership of quality, accuracy, risk, and client commitments.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Manage the complete bid lifecycle from Bid/No-Bid through submission, clarification, negotiation, and handover.• Lead RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender analysis and develop bid plans, compliance matrices, schedules, and submission checklists.• Coordinate multidisciplinary ICT solutions covering applications, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data, integration, and managed services.• Work closely with Sales, Presales, Solution Architects, Technical Teams, Finance, Procurement, Legal, vendors, partners, and subcontractors.• Lead the development and consolidation of technical, commercial, contractual, and administrative proposal content.• Use Generative AI and AI-assisted tools for document analysis, drafting, summarization, compliance checking, and knowledge management.• Personally validate and quality-check all AI-generated content before client submission.• Manage bid risks, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, scope boundaries, and contractual commitments.• Support customer clarifications, presentations, workshops, negotiations, and successful handover to Delivery teams.• Contribute to Ankabut’s AI-searchable bid knowledge repository and continuous improvement of bid processes.🔹 What We’re Looking For:✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related technology discipline.✔ 7+ years of experience in the IT/ICT industry.✔ Proven experience in Bid Management, Presales, Proposal Management, Solution Development, or a similar technology-focused role.✔ Strong experience managing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and formal tenders.✔ Strong understanding of multidisciplinary ICT solutions and technology ecosystems.✔ Experience working with vendors, OEMs, technology partners, and subcontractors.✔ Good understanding of BoQs, pricing, commercial proposals, assumptions, and contractual requirements.✔ Practical professional experience using Generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude-class tools, or AI-assisted proposal/knowledge-management platforms.✔ Strong awareness of AI risks, confidentiality, IP, accuracy, and hallucinations, with the ability to critically review AI-generated outputs.✔ Excellent Arabic and English written and spoken communication skills.✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.🌐 Why Join Ankabut?Be part of a technology-driven organization working on ICT, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, and innovative technology solutions while helping shape how AI is applied to modern bid and proposal management.
