Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: SAR 35,000 – 40,000 per monthKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningContribute to the Commercial & Business Development business plan and develop the Bid Management operational plan in alignment with company strategy.Implement plans and initiatives to achieve Bid Management objectives.Budget ManagementSupport Bid Management budgeting and ensure effective utilization and reporting of the approved budget.Bid ManagementIdentify and track bid opportunities through government procurement platforms and support go/no-go assessments.Analyze tender requirements, deliverables, risks, and compliance requirements.Coordinate the development of technical and commercial proposals, pricing approaches, financial models, and submission packages.Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely submission.Establish bid review and quality assurance processes prior to submission.Monitor bid pipeline, outcomes, and win/loss trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve bid success.Policies, Processes & ProceduresDevelop and implement Bid Management policies, processes, and procedures.Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and monitoring industry trends.Stakeholder ManagementBuild effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate bid development and address challenges.Monitor market developments, business opportunities, and regulatory changes relevant to Bid Management.Represent the function in relevant forums and industry events.People ManagementSupport the recruitment and development of Bid Management talent.Lead, mentor, and manage team performance to achieve business objectives and promote company values.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.5-8 years of relevant experience in Bid Management, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Bid Management, Budget Management.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
