This role offers the opportunity to work within large interdisciplinary teams across the globe, contributing to everything from international funding proposals to heritage preservation initiatives.Position Overview: Bid Writer (Remote)CH International is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to lead the preparation of high-quality bids for cultural heritage, archaeology, and advisory projects across international markets.This is a fully remote role, working closely with technical specialists and senior leadership to secure new work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead bids, tenders, EOIs, and proposals from planning to submissionWrite clear, compelling, and compliant responsesCoordinate inputs from technical teams and partnersDevelop pricing inputs with senior staffManage bid libraries, templates, and CVsTrack bid outcomes and support continuous improvementRequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience2+ years’ experience in bid writing or proposal managementStrong written English and excellent attention to detailAble to translate technical content into client-focused proposalsComfortable working remotely with international teamsExperience in heritage, archaeology, environmental, or consultancy sectors DesirableFamiliarity with international or Middle Eastern procurement.Advanced Degree in heritage related discipline.Experience with SalesforceWhat We OfferFully remote workingFlexible arrangementsCompetitive salary, based on experienceWork on high-profile international heritage projectsHire Type:Full-time, salariedSchedule:Monday–Friday, standard Middle Eastern or European business hours; occasional weekend work as necessary.Location:Fully remote role with occasional international travel.
