This is a high-impact role where you will shape how our client competes, wins, and delivers value to government clients.You will be the central figure in transforming opportunities into winning submissions—managing everything from pipeline development and bid strategy to final proposal delivery.Key AccountabilitiesTake full ownership of the bid lifecycle—from qualification to submission and lessons learned.Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, product) to build compelling, compliant proposals.Identify and qualify new opportunities that align with our growth strategy.Maintain a clear, actionable pipeline with regular status reporting.Conduct market and competitor analysis to sharpen our positioning.Build and sustain trusted relationships with government stakeholders.Drive bid strategy, including pricing, risk assessment, and value messaging.Provide leadership with timely, insightful updates on pipeline and progress.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.6–10 years of experience in bidding, proposals, or business development—ideally in defense, aerospace, or engineering.Proven track record of managing competitive bids in government or regulated environments.Strong understanding of domestic defense procurement processes.Core StrengthsClear, persuasive communicator with strong writing skills.Commercially aware—you know what makes a bid profitable and competitive.Analytical and data-driven in your approach.Organized and composed under multiple deadlines.Collaborative team player who brings people together.ImpactThis role is central to our client's market success.
