The Bike Rider is responsible for collecting packages from designated locations and delivering them safely and promptly to customers across the city. Day-to-day tasks include following assigned delivery routes, using navigation tools, maintaining clear communication with dispatch staff, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation. The role also involves handling parcels with care, adhering to traffic and safety regulations, and representing the company professionally during all customer interactions. Bike Riders are expected to keep their assigned motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong navigation and route planning skills, with the ability to use maps and mobile applications to find efficient delivery paths.Candidates should possess safe motorcycle riding skills, including valid UAE motorcycle riding experience and adherence to traffic and road safety rules.Candidates should possess effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries and meet strict deadlines.Candidates should possess good customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.Candidates should possess basic record-keeping skills, including accurate documentation of deliveries, payments, and receipts when required.Valid UAE motorcycle license, good physical fitness, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are required.Previous experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles in Dubai or the wider UAE is an advantage.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and basic proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
