This is a rare opportunity to join the founding local team, helping build day-to-day operations from the ground up while serving as a key link between the U.S. site and its global headquarters oversea.Key Responsibilities(1) Administrative and Management SupportProvide daily administrative support to the local management team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparing agendas and minutesPrepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and internal documents in Korean and EnglishTrack and process invoices, purchase requests, and expense reports in coordination with finance or accountingMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, records, and contact listsSupport new hire onboarding logistics, including workstation setup, supplies, and orientation scheduling(2) Business Travel CoordinationArrange end-to-end business travel for employees visiting from Korea, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportationAssist with travel documentation such as ESTA, visa support letters, and invitation letters, in coordination with HR or legalCoordinate short and long-term housing for visiting or relocating staffPrepare itineraries, welcome packets, and local orientation materials for visitorsProcess travel-related expense reports and reconcile receipts(3) Coordination with the Global HQSchedule cross-time-zone meetings, manage attendee lists, and prepare agendas and meeting materialsCoordinate document approvals, signatures, and information requests between headquarters and local departments(4) OtherPerform additional administrative duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeFull fluency in English and professional business-level Korean3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, executive assistant, or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential informationTeam player with strong communication skillsPreferred QualificationsSemiconductor industry experienceExperience working for a Korean company or a U.S. subsidiary of a Korean companyFamiliarity with Korean business culture and corporate communication norms
