If you are warm, organized, fluent in English and Spanish, and experienced in a dental front office, we would love to meet you.What you will do:

• Greet and assist patients in English and Spanish
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Help with insurance verification and patient information
• Collect payments
• Provide friendly, professional customer service every dayWhat you bring:
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Dental front office experience (required). We are specifically looking for experience working in a dental practice — medical front desk or general office experience on its own does not qualify for this role
• A professional, patient-first attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Comfort with computers and dental scheduling softwarePay and benefits:
• Pay commensurate with experience
• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Paid sick leave — 40 hours provided up front each year
• Paid vacation — 40 hours per year, increasing to 60 hours in your third year
