About The RoleWe are looking for a confident, professional MC to host an awards ceremony in Riyadh on 10 November 2026. This is a one-day freelance booking.You will be the voice and face of the ceremony on stage, guiding the audience from start to finish. You will:Open and close the ceremonyIntroduce speakers, guests and VIPsPresent awards and announce winnersKeep the running order on timeEngage the audience throughoutYou will work closely with the client and the production team to make sure the ceremony runs smoothly, and you will adapt on the spot if timings or the running order change.Key ResponsibilitiesCeremony HostingHost the ceremony from start to finish, setting the tone and keeping the audience engagedIntroduce speakers, VIPs and segments clearly and confidentlyPresent awards and manage on-stage moments with winners and presentersPreparationReview the script, running order and speaker details before the eventAttend the rehearsal and briefing with the client and production teamCheck the pronunciation of names and titles, especially for VIPs and senior guestsLive DeliveryKeep the ceremony on schedule and work with the stage manager on cues and timingsHandle last-minute changes, delays or technical issues calmly and professionallyRequirementsProven experience as an MC or host for award ceremonies, corporate or government eventsFluent Arabic and English, with the ability to host bilingually on stageA confident, polished stage presence suited to formal and senior audiencesA showreel or video clips of previous hosting workAvailability on 10 November 2026, including the rehearsalIdeal BackgroundAn MC who has hosted award ceremonies or high-profile events in Saudi Arabia or the GCCLanguagesFluent Arabic and English are required
