Role DescriptionThe Bilingual Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tijuana, BCN. This role will provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence in English and Spanish, draft and edit documents, and support presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with departments, maintaining organized records, supporting executive projects and initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The role also involves confidential information management, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to an efficient and professional executive office.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays)Qualifications & RequirementsLanguage Skills: 100% Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Administrative & Executive Support: Strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and preparing expense reports.Documentation & Tools: Proficiency in office software (email, spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation tools) with high attention to detail.Work Location & Schedule: Ability to work full-time on-site in Tijuana, BCN, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Legal Documentation: Valid Driver's License and U.S. Visa.Education & Experience: High school diploma required (post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is an asset). Previous experience supporting executives or senior leadership is highly beneficial.Additional RequirementsPersonal vehicle availability is strongly preferred due to operational mobility needs.
