We’re growing fast with a fun, collegial atmosphere, and can-do attitude.We are seeking an executive assistant to our President in our New Jersey office to provide ongoing administrative support. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal individual will have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to wear many different hats as you will help keep things running smoothly and efficiently day to day.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide sophisticated calendar management to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothlyPrepare agendas, presentations and reports as neededPartner with the administrative team to manage requests and suggestions for office improvements and ensure timely resolutionBook travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries for the presidents and guests traveling for business tripsEnsure office is presentable and professional at all timesProvide support and partner in the planning of variety of events and special projects as neededKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar roleStrong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lensExercise professional discretionExcellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritizeExceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detailVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partnersHighly resourceful team-player with ability to also be extremely effective independentlyDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentProven ability to be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client serviceStrong communication skills and a can-do attitudeProficient in Google Suite, Mac and Microsoft OutlookAbility to build and develop partnershipsPositive, solution orientedBilingual in Korean is a must
