We're growing our legal team and looking for a talented Bilingual Legal Associate to join us.About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Legal Associate fluent in both Arabic and English to support our legal team across contentious and non-contentious matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build a strong practice within a dynamic, fast-paced UAE law firm.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and translate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in both Arabic and EnglishConduct legal research and prepare memos, pleadings, and case briefsRepresent and assist in representing clients before UAE courts, tribunals, and government authoritiesLiaise with clients, opposing counsel, and government entities in both languagesManage case files, deadlines, and documentation with accuracy and confidentialitySupport senior lawyers and partners on litigation and advisory mattersAttend client meetings, hearings, and negotiations as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; UAE Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the UAE is a strong advantageFluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a UAE law firmStrong drafting, research, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with UAE civil, commercial, and/or labor lawExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
