The people who join now will shape how we get there.About the RoleWe're hiring a Bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to deliver nutrition assessments and counseling to members enrolled in Project FoodBox programs. You'll manage a consistent, high-volume appointment schedule, build individualized nutrition care plans, and keep documentation accurate and on time. Beyond direct member care, you'll help shape how our clinical workflows, member education, and new Food as Medicine offerings develop. You'll partner closely with our Operations and Member Success teams as well as our healthcare partners.What You’ll DoConduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and counseling appointments following standardized clinical and program workflowsDevelop individualized nutrition care plans based on clinical needs, medical history, food access, and dietary restrictionsManage a high-volume appointment schedule while holding quality, member experience, and documentation standardsDocument assessments, care plans, and member interactions accurately and on time in our clinical and program systemsIdentify ways to simplify workflows and remove redundancies in how we support membersContribute to new nutrition offerings, member education, and Food as Medicine initiatives, partnering with Operations, Member Success, and healthcare partnersWhat You BringRequiredRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic RegistrationActive New York State Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) credential, or ability to obtain one prior to startBilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct assessments and counseling in both2+ years of clinical nutrition or medical nutrition therapy experience, including conducting assessments and individualized counselingComfort working toward defined productivity and quality metrics while maintaining clinical judgment and member experiencePreferredExperience with Medicaid populations, Food as Medicine, value-based care, or programs serving food-insecure communitiesExperience in a high-volume or performance-driven clinical environmentMotivational interviewing training or experienceFamiliarity with care coordination, referral, or EHR workflow systems Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 annually, plus performance bonus and benefits.
