Billing Analytics & Reconciliation Specialist

King's College Hospital London, Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analytics & Reconciliation Specialist to support revenue integrity, billing accuracy, and financial reconciliation across the hospital group. This role plays a key part in identifying revenue leakages, ensuring accurate charge capture, and providing actionable financial insights to support revenue cycle performance.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and validate billing transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.Identify missing charges, billing discrepancies, and potential revenue leakages.Perform financial reconciliations, including patient deposits, refunds, and outstanding balances.Monitor accounts receivable and support the resolution of overdue accounts.Prepare billing dashboards, reconciliation reports, ageing reports, and revenue analytics.Conduct audits of billing processes and recommend process improvements.Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical, Legal, and IT teams to improve billing accuracy and revenue integrity.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hospital billing, revenue cycle management, reconciliation, or revenue integrity.Strong knowledge of healthcare billing workflows and revenue cycle processes.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Experience with Power BI, Cerner, Oracle, or other Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
