All products are designed and manufactured in-house, with integrated firmware, hardware, and quality systems. The company is expanding infrastructure to make high-quality respiratory care accessible beyond major metropolitan areas.Role Description The Billing Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing day-to-day billing and invoicing activities. This position handles the preparation and issuance of customer invoices, verification of billing data, and reconciliation of accounts with sales orders and delivery records. The role includes tracking payments, following up on outstanding dues, updating customer records, and coordinating with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies. The Billing Clerk will maintain accurate documentation, support periodic reporting, and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills, including accurate data entry and document management.Candidates should possess foundational Accounting and Finance skills to reconcile accounts and understand basic ledger and tax concepts.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors.Candidates should possess proficiency in office productivity tools and billing or ERP software, along with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in healthcare or manufacturing billing is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
