Billing Representative | Honolulu, HIFully onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | $45,000–$50,000 annuallyAbout the RoleA well-established professional services organization in Honolulu is hiring a Billing Representative to support detailed client invoicing, attorney billing, and monthly billing deadlines.This is a great fit for someone with strong billing or accounting experience who enjoys accuracy, structure, and work that directly supports client service and firm operations.What You’ll DoPrepare, review, process, and distribute client billing invoices.Coordinate billing revisions with attorneys, legal support staff, and accounting personnel.Follow client billing guidelines, budgets, rates, and e-billing submission requirements.Support month-end billing deadlines and maintain accurate billing records.What We’re Looking For3+ years of billing, accounting, or closely related experience.Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and time management.Comfort working with high-volume, deadline-driven billing processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Preferred, Not RequiredLegal billing, professional services billing, or e-billing experience.Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.Why This Role Stands OutEstablished organization with a history of employee stability.Specialized billing work with room to build strong professional services experience.Important role created by growth and a planned retirement transition.Interested?If this sounds like a fit, message us today or send your resume to start a confidential conversation.
