This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional who has strong experience managing billing operations, customer accounts, and financial data.You will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, resolving billing queries, maintaining financial records, and supporting operational excellence across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, prepare, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing information.Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and monitor outstanding invoices.Follow up on overdue payments and support timely cash collection.Respond to customer and stakeholder queries relating to billing and payments.Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, disputes, and billing issues.Maintain accurate billing records, reports, and financial documentation.Support reporting and analysis activities through effective data management.Collaborate with finance, operations, and wider business teams to improve billing processes.Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and procedures.Essential Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a similar role.Proven experience managing customer accounts and invoice processes.Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.Strong numerical, computational, and problem-solving abilities.Experience investigating billing discrepancies and resolving financial queries.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver results with minimal supervision.Desirable BackgroundDegree or equivalent qualification preferred.Experience within a fast-moving commercial or product-led environment.Background in mathematics, economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
