NOW HIRING: Construction Billing SpecialistLocation: Tampa, FL 33635Type: Direct Hire | Full-TimeCompensation: $80K+, with flexibility for the right candidateTempExperts is recruiting for an experienced Construction Billing Specialist to join an established and growing organization in the construction and property services industry.This is an urgent need, and our client is specifically looking for someone with strong construction billing experience who is an advanced Procore user. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently navigate Procore with minimal training and step into the role ready to contribute.What You’ll Be Doing:• Prepare and process construction and project billing and customer invoices• Utilize Procore for billing, project financials, documentation, and workflows• Review contracts, change orders, commitments, and supporting documentation• Manage Accounts Receivable follow up and outstanding balances• Conduct professional, relationship focused collection calls and emails with customers• Research billing discrepancies and resolve payment and documentation issues• Partner with Project Managers, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely billingWhat We’re Looking For:• Previous construction billing or construction accounting experience• Advanced Procore experience is required• Strong understanding of project billing, contracts, change orders, and supporting documentation• Accounts Receivable and collections experience• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams• Someone who can hit the ground running and work independently with minimal Procore trainingWhy You’ll Want to Work Here:• Join an established and growing organization in the construction and property services industry• Work with an experienced team in a collaborative environment• Have visibility across Accounting, Operations, and Project Management• Take ownership of an important function within the organization• Opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow with the companyCompensation is open based on experience.
