BIM & TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Disciplines: Architecture, Structural, Mechanical and ElectricalLocations: Jeddah and RiyadhPriority will be given to Saudi nationals and candidates who are ready to join immediately or at short notice. Advanced Construction Company (ACC) is hiring experienced engineers to join our multidisciplinary teams working on major fast track projects. We are looking for technically strong engineers with practical experience who can work efficiently within demanding project schedules while maintaining quality, accuracy and effective teamwork. Previous experience working as a BIM/Technical Coordinator or in a multidisciplinary coordination role will be preferable. Key Responsibilities Develop and coordinate BIM models and construction shop drawings within their discipline.Review IFC drawings, specifications and technical project requirements.Perform multidisciplinary clash detection and coordination.Prepare clash reports, coordination reports, model QA/QC reports and issue tracking logs.Review material submittals, technical datasheets and vendor information.Understand engineering materials and ensure that approved material requirements are properly incorporated into models and drawings.Coordinate effectively with BIM, engineering, site and project management teams.Resolve technical issues and respond clearly to coordination comments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant practical experience.Candidates must currently be available in KSA.Priority will be given to engineers who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.Strong practical experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Proven experience in BIM coordination, clash management and shop drawing production.Experience as a BIM Coordinator, Technical Coordinator or in a similar multidisciplinary coordination role will be preferable.Strong technical knowledge within the applicant’s discipline.Good command of written and spoken English.Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills.Able to cooperate with the team and work effectively on fast track projects.Willing to work six days per week in Jeddah or Riyadh.Successful completion of ACC’s practical technical assessment. Selection will be based on demonstrated technical capability, practical BIM skills and professional attitude, not job title alone. Interested candidates may apply through LinkedIn with an updated CV, mentioning their discipline, current location, years of experience, availability and preferred work location. Build with precision.
