BIM Architect

I’m working with a well-established international business that is expanding its team in Dubai and bringing something different to the high-end residential market.We are looking for a BIM Architect who is an expert in Revit modelling and can support projects across the technical and delivery stages.Candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period will be preferredKey ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate, detailed Revit models for high-end residential projectsDevelop and manage BIM models through the technical and construction stagesProduce coordinated architectural drawings and construction documentationCoordinate models with consultants and other disciplinesIdentify and resolve design clashes and coordination issuesMaintain BIM standards, templates and model accuracySupport the wider architectural team with technical and Revit-related mattersRequirementsArchitecture or architectural technology backgroundExpert-level Revit modelling skillsStrong understanding of technical detailing and construction documentationExperience working on complex architectural projectsHigh-end residential experience would be a strong advantageAble to work accurately and efficiently within a growing teamSalary: Up to AED 13,000 per monthThis is a great opportunity to join a growing Dubai operation backed by an established European business, with strong projects and genuine opportunities to develop as the team expands.
