Our goal is to empower global AEC firms with innovative, accurate, and efficient solutions that enhance project quality and productivity.Learn more about us: https://www.virtualbuildingstudio.com/Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and review advanced BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with US project standards and client requirements.Prepare, review, and oversee architectural drawings, layouts, construction documentation, and detailing to ensure compliance with applicable US building codes and standards.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEPF consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective multidisciplinary coordination.Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD) requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.Perform clash detection and model coordination reviews using Autodesk Navisworks to identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts.Optimize BIM workflows, modeling practices, and data accuracy to improve project efficiency and deliverable quality.Develop and manage Revit families, parametric models, and standardized templates to enhance consistency and productivity.Coordinate with international clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.Conduct model audits and quality checks to maintain BIM standards and ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentation
