Company Description Fatmeen Consultancy is an architectural and engineering consultancy based in Dubai. The company delivers feasibility studies, master planning, architectural and structural design, MEP design, and landscaping solutions for a variety of projects. Role Description The BIM Architect – Mid Level is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position involves developing and managing BIM models for architectural projects, coordinating with structural, MEP, and other design teams, and producing architectural drawings. The role includes preparing and reviewing technical submittals, ensuring design documentation aligns with project standards, and supporting clash detection and design coordination processes.
