BIM Coordinator (Architect-Structure)

We are a diversified main contractor hiring a BIM Coordinator (Architect-Structure)Role Responsibilities:Develop BIM execution plans and create project-specific training materials.Provide technical support to the project team using BIM authoring tools.Manage project content and source additional materials as needed.Ensure effective communication of any changes in procedures and standards to project teams.Oversee and coordinate BIM project data sets, workflows, and project setup.Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams.Establish linked models and facilitate coordination across various disciplines.Implement government standards during the virtual design and construction phase.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Architect)Proficient in 3D modeling, 4D simulation, BIM coordination, etcSkilled in BIM cloud and software applications, including Lumion, Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo.Revit experience is a mustAt least 5 years’ experience in U.A.E. based contracting company
