BIM Coordinator – Building & Villa ConstructionWe are looking for a BIM Coordinator to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for building and villa construction projects. The successful candidate will support project teams by managing model coordination, clash detection, BIM documentation, and ensuring compliance with project standards.Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. 3–6 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator on building construction projects. Experience in residential buildings and villa projects is preferred. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Good understanding of BIM standards and construction workflows. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks. Develop, update, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors. Generate drawings, schedules, and model-based documentation. Participate in coordination meetings and track model updates. Support quantity take-offs and model validation. Maintain BIM documentation and project records.
