Job Title: MEP BIM Coordinator – OnsiteLocation: RiyadhProject: Janadriyah ProjectCompany: Pinnacle InfotechAbout the RolePinnacle Infotech is seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP BIM Coordinator to join the Janadriyah Project team in Qiddiya, KSA.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading MEP BIM coordination activities, ensuring seamless integration with Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines, and supporting project delivery through effective BIM implementation and multidisciplinary collaboration.Important: While accommodation may be provided in Riyadh, the selected candidate will be required to work at the project site in Qiddiya. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to and working from the project location.Key Responsibilities1. BIM Coordination & ManagementCoordinate MEP BIM models with Architectural, Structural, and other project disciplines.Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools and workflows.Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements.Review and validate MEP models for accuracy, constructability, completeness, and coordination readiness.Coordinate design changes and ensure timely updates to BIM models and project deliverables.2. Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary BIM representative between the site team, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Support construction teams through model reviews, technical clarifications, and BIM-related issue resolution.Participate in site meetings, coordination workshops, and multidisciplinary review sessions.Facilitate effective communication between design and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.3. Model Quality Assurance & Issue ManagementMonitor model quality and ensure adherence to project standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.Manage model revisions, federated models, and data consistency across disciplines.Track, document, and resolve BIM coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.Generate clash detection reports, coordination reports, and progress updates for project stakeholders.Maintain records of RFIs, design changes, BIM deliverables, and coordination decisions.4. Project Delivery SupportSupport the production of coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs in accordance with project schedules and milestones.Assist in implementing BIM best practices and continuously improving project workflows and coordination processes.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.5–8 years of experience in BIM coordination, including at least 2 years of onsite MEP BIM coordination experience.Proven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and construction-stage project delivery.Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.Prior experience working on projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, will be an added advantage.Technical SkillsProficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.Strong understanding of MEP systems coordination, clash detection, and BIM workflows.Knowledge of BIM Execution Planning (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards.Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.Ability to manage federated models and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM deliverables effectively.Key CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and project standards.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.Willingness to work onsite at the Qiddiya project location.Why Join Pinnacle Infotech?Opportunity to work on a landmark project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Exposure to large-scale multidisciplinary BIM implementation and digital construction practices.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
