BIM Coordinator – Interior DesignDubai | Up to AED 14,000 per monthWe are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join an established interior design studio in Dubai, supporting the delivery and coordination of projects across the studio.The business works across commercial offices, residential developments, private residential, hospitality, retail and F&B, with a particularly strong portfolio across workplace and residential projects.You will work closely with the design and technical teams to ensure models, drawings and consultant information are coordinated accurately throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate Revit/BIM models across interior design projectsSupport project teams with BIM setup, standards and workflowsCoordinate interior design models with architectural, MEP and other consultant informationIdentify and resolve clashes and coordination issuesMaintain model accuracy and drawing consistencySupport the production of technical drawing packagesEnsure BIM standards and project protocols are followedAssist design teams with Revit and BIM-related technical issuesCoordinate project information across internal and external teamsRequirementsPrevious BIM/Revit experience within interior design or architectureStrong Revit capabilityGood understanding of technical drawings and project coordinationExperience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teamsStrong attention to detailOrganised and able to manage multiple project requirementsGood communication skillsThis is a strong opportunity for a BIM Coordinator looking to work closely with both the design and technical sides of an established Dubai studio.
