BIM Coordinator

· Create initial REVIT project setup with workflow documents (including Revit Family Creation and· Revit Template Creation).· Responsible for BIM project setup and administration including keeping models running and assisting with assemblingconstruction packages from models, while assisting with BIM technical issues.· Provide progress and performance updates on fortnightly and monthly basis.· Ensure Project Information Model (PIM) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol.· Coordinate and Assist BIM Manager on the overall use of BIM within the Units and for the multidisciplinary Project.· Assist the BIM Manager on managing the Project supply chain to deliver high quality information, data and models to theAppointing Party and ensure the delivery of information to the Appointing Party’ team and supply chain is in line with contractrequirements.· Ensure QA/QC and Audit processes are performed on regular basis on Contractor’s BIM deliverables against the AppointingParty EIR.· Assist and support the BIM Manager on Implementation and Administration of Building Information Management (BIM)systems.Assist on Clash Detection Processes and Reporting, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Review Procedures, ConstructionSequencing & Logistics (4D), Cost Estimation & Scheduling (5D), and Asset Management BIM Implementation (COBIE).
