BIM Coordinator – Infrastructure

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling processes across infrastructure projects, ensuring model accuracy, clash detection, and seamless collaboration between disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplinesConduct clash detection and coordination reviews using BIM software (e.g., Navisworks)Ensure models comply with project BIM execution plans (BEP) and standardsSupport the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and protocolsMaintain model quality control and version managementCoordinate with design teams and contractors to resolve technical conflicts identified in the modelRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldExperience in BIM coordination on infrastructure projectsProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACCSolid understanding of clash detection processes and multidisciplinary coordinationKnowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred)Strong problem-solving and communication skills
