If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating landscape BIM models and workflows across live UAE-based real estate and community development projects, ensuring seamless integration between landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines within a contracting environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee landscape BIM models developed by modelers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standardsLead multidisciplinary clash detection and coordination between landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP modelsDevelop, implement, and monitor adherence to the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and LOD requirementsManage model data within the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring proper version control and data integrityChair and coordinate BIM coordination meetings, design reviews, and clash resolution sessions with internal teams and external consultantsReview landscape working drawings, sections, details, and quantity take-offs for accuracy and completenessLiaise with site teams, landscape architects, and consultants to resolve design and construction-stage queriesTrack and report BIM coordination progress, issues, and resolutions to project managementEnsure compliance with client and company BIM standards (ISO 19650) throughout project lifecycleSupport procurement and site teams with model-derived data for material scheduling and cost estimationMentor and guide BIM modelers on landscape modeling standards and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5–7 years of experience in BIM coordination, with dedicated experience on landscape projectsProven experience working within contracting firms in the UAE is mandatoryStrong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and NavisworksSound knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650), BEP development, and CDE managementStrong understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, and site execution in a contracting context
