BRAND NEW ROLE | London | BIM / Revit | Major UK Hospital ProjectWe’re working with a leading international design practice that is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their London studio and become part of a large, multidisciplinary team delivering a major hospital project in the UK.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a complex projects, coordinating teams, keeping models and information on track, and making sure BIM is working properly from design through delivery.The RoleCoordinate BIM across a large, multidisciplinary project teamManage and develop federated Revit modelsLead clash detection and digital coordinationCarry out model audits and QA/QCSupport ISO 19650, EIR and information management requirementsManage workflows through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Support and train project teams in BIM processes and best practiceHelp improve digital workflows, content and project deliveryWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience within an architectural, engineering or construction environmentStrong experience coordinating large-scale multidisciplinary BIM projectsAdvanced Revit skillsStrong knowledge of ISO 19650Experience with ACC and coordination tools such as Navisworks, Solibri or similarExcellent communication and organisational skillsExperience on healthcare/hospital projects is highly desirableWhy Join?You’ll be joining a genuinely collaborative, design-led studio working on high-profile, complex projects with real purpose.
