BIM Coordinator / Quantity Surveyor / Planning Engineer

Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The Director will lead client engagements, design and oversee delivery of business consulting strategies, and ensure that solutions drive measurable improvements in profitability, growth, and operational efficiency. This role includes managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project timelines and resources, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients across sectors and sizes. The Director will also contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and representing the firm in client meetings and industry forums. In addition, the Director will support organizational improvement by refining internal processes, enhancing service quality, and aligning offerings with evolving market trends and client expectations.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in business strategy, financial analysis, and performance improvement for diverse organizations (startups, SMEs, and large corporates).Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including team mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.Proven ability in client relationship management, consulting delivery, and handling multiple projects with clear accountability for outcomes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities suitable for senior-level stakeholders.Experience in marketing, business development, and growth planning to support the firm’s expansion and client acquisition goals.Master’s degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a Chartered Accountant or equivalent credential is highly preferred.Prior experience in a consulting or advisory environment, ideally in roles involving P&L responsibility or strategic leadership.High level of integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to delivering value-driven, client-centric solutions.
