As a trusted partner to some of the region’s most ambitious projects, we value innovation, operational excellence, and our people.Your RoleAs a Senior BIM Coordinator, you will:Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for large-scale MEP projects.Oversee model updates, clash detection, and coordination between design and site teams.Implement and monitor BIM workflows using Revit and Navisworks, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.Manage BIM deliverables and model integrity in line with the overall programme schedule.Support site teams by resolving coordination issues and maintaining up-to-date as-built models.Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and design departments to ensure seamless information flow across all project stages.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 8–10 years of BIM coordination experience within large-scale MEP projects.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.Technical Expertise: Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows. Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination principles, and BIM standards.
