قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe BIM Developer is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Building Information Models with a strong focus on automation, customization, and digital process enhancement. The role requires advanced technical expertise in Revit, Dynamo, C#, and Visual Studio to create plug-ins, scripts, and workflows that streamline production and coordination across multidisciplinary interior fit-out projects.In addition to digital development, the BIM Developer will also be actively involved in modeling highly complex elements, ensuring precise and coordinated 3D models, and producing detailed models and shop drawings as required by project deliverables.This position bridges the gap between BIM modeling and digital development, ensuring data-driven accuracy, process efficiency, and high-fidelity model deliverables from design through constructionResponsibilitiesProficiency in Autodesk Revit and Dynamo for automation.Familiarity with C#, .NET, and Revit API (basic scripting to intermediate level).Strong understanding of BIM standards (LOD, naming conventions, shared parameters).Knowledge of Visual Studio, Python, or JSON/XML data handling is a plus.Ability to translate project challenges into technical solutions.Design and develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C# and Revit API in Visual Studio.Build and maintain automation tools, desktop applications, and BIM data management utilities.Lead the development, updating, and maintenance of highly detailed and accurate 3D BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects, encompassing partitions, ceilings, joinery, custom features, and specialized fit-out components, ensuring strict compliance with project requirements, BEP, LOD, and LOICollaborate with BIM teams to convert manual workflows into efficient automated solutions.Produce construction documentation, including detailed drawings, schedules, quantity take-offs, and specifications, while also ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.Support the BIM Team in quality control processes, ensuring all BIM deliverables meet organizational standards and client expectations prior to submission.Maintain comprehensive documentation and logs related to modelling activities, clash resolutions, and coordination status for traceability and project reporting purposes.QualificationsBachelor Degree of Engineering Civil/Architectural/Interior DesignEquivalent or Relevant DiplomaMin. 5 years preferably in Interior Fit-out IndustryProficient in BIM softwares and automation toolsAdvance knowledge of interior fit out elements, detailing, materials and documentationExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and coordination skills across team memberAble to support and guide junior modelers and contribute to a collaborative work environmentStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and deadlinesFamiliarity in construction methodologies and industrial practicesStrong problem – solving, decision making and analytical skills.
