📍 Dubai, UAEWe are seeking an experienced BIM Developer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in driving BIM innovation, workflow automation, and digital transformation across our projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C#, Revit API, and Visual StudioCreate and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutionsDevelop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasksBuild and manage highly detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projectsCollaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate repetitive processes and improve project deliveryProduce construction documentation, schedules, quantity take-offs, and shop drawingsSupport quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverablesMentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM ModelersTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and DynamoExperience with C#,.NET Framework, and Revit APIKnowledge of Visual StudioUnderstanding of BIM standards, LOD, shared parameters, and naming conventionsFamiliarity with Python, JSON/XML, and BIM data management tools is a plusRequirementsMinimum 5 years of BIM experiencePreferably within the Interior Fit-Out industryBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplineRelevant Diploma holders with strong experience are also encouraged to apply
