BIM Engineer

About the CompanyWe are looking for a skilled BIM Engineers with expertise in BIM modeling and shop-drawing creation to support the our team.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house development of detailed and accurate BIM models and shop-drawings using Revit BIM software. You will collaborate closely with the project design consultants and our subcontractors to ensure that all drawings meet project IFC drawing and specifications.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and create detailed BIM models up to LOD400 and LOD500Create detailed shop-drawingsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient drawing productionEnsure all shop-drawings comply with project requirements, specifications and local building codesAssume responsibility for the coordination of all disciplines, conduct clash detection and resolve any conflicts within the BIM modelsProficient with Revit project set-up and workset/model management in accordance with company standardsStay up-to-date with advancements in BIM technology and softwareQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design; Master’s preferred5+ years related architecture experienceRequired SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Office and Microsoft TeamsFamiliar with BIM360Excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishWorked in projects from MEA region
