Our services cover the full design cycle — from concept and schematic design, through technical and detailed design, to a wide range of additional engineering and consultancy activities.We are looking for a motivated and experienced BIM Engineer to join our team and contribute to ambitious projects in Bulgaria and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesBIM project setup and maintenance in line with company standards3D modelling and coordination of buildings and building systems (architectural, structural, MEP)Coordination of BIM activities within multidisciplinary design teamsMaintenance of BIM Execution Plans and technical documentationClash detection and reporting using Navisworks or similar toolsTechnical support and best-practice guidance for project teamsContribution to the development of digital workflows and process automationRequirementsEssentialTechnical degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience with Revit and/or other BIM softwareKnowledge of IFC standards and BIM coordination workflowsGood written and spoken EnglishAbility to work independently within multidisciplinary teamsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAdvantageousExperience with Navisworks, Civil 3D, or Autodesk Construction CloudKnowledge of GermanExperience on international projectsInterest in visual scripting or BIM automation (Dynamo, Python, etc.)Experience with MEP design in RevitExperience with Building Energy modeling or LCAWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsDiverse and challenging projects in Bulgaria and EuropeProfessional development opportunities and additional trainingA pleasant and innovative workplace in an established company
